Accounts and User Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for activity that occurs under your account. You are also responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for notifying support if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Challenges, Communities, and Interactions

RIVAL enables participation in challenges, rivalries, communities, chat, and other social interactions. You are responsible for your conduct and communications with others and must engage in a respectful, lawful, and appropriate manner.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, post, or share through RIVAL, subject to any rights necessary for us to operate and provide the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to share your content and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights.

Prohibited Conduct

• Using RIVAL for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting identity, affiliation, or content origin.
• Interfering with platform operation, security, or other users’ access and experience.
• Posting or sharing content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users in challenges, communities, chat, or live interactions.

Live Competition Participation

Live competitions may involve real-time participation and user-generated activity. By participating, you acknowledge that timing, connectivity, and device performance may affect your experience, and you agree to follow all participation instructions provided within the platform.

Intellectual Property

RIVAL and its associated branding, software, and platform elements are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the service or its materials.

Termination

You may stop using RIVAL at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when necessary to protect the platform, users, or legal compliance, including in response to violations of these Terms.

Disclaimers

RIVAL is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that all content will always be complete, accurate, or suitable for any specific purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RIVAL and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, use, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
